Community Service is Good Business

We believe the you cannot overstate the importance of communication in the banker-borrower relationship.  Oftentimes, the best relationships develop through
communication with their bankers.  There is no better way to develop a partnership with your banker than to create a relationship away from the office.  Bankers can be found on the board of directors
mutual interests outside the financial arena.  Establishing these alliances can make a difference not only for you business, but also for the quality of life around you.  In every city and town, no matter how small   of many organizations and as the sponsors of local charitable projects and events.  As a member of that same group, you become more than a "borrower".  You have an opportunity to demonstrate who
are the backbone of the community service projects and local philanthropic endeavors.  There are a couple of reasons for this.  First banks are legislatively required to give back to the communities in which they are located.  Secondly, they recognize the real business advantage of being visible and well thought of by their customers.  This is good strategy for every business.  And, it is an excellent way for businesses to have direct
you are and where you're going.  The talents, goals, managements, creativity that you bring to your business are showcased in an environment of trust and camaraderie.
Business studies increasingly show that people like to work with businesses that give back to their communities in some form.  If banks are in the forefront of this approach, it is a good place to put time and effort to network with financial institutions. As a result of this activity, you will also have the satisfaction that comes with helping to create a better community life.
